Stuffed Pork Chops
|Rib pork chops||6|
|Soft bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Celery||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk/Sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Wipe chops with damp cloth, remove bones and trim off excess fat.
Prepare dressing by combining remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup milk.
Cut large gash or pocket in side of each chop, and fill with dressing.
Sew chops up with coarse needle and thread.
Sear in hot skillet; transfer to baking pan.
Cover bottom of pan with 1/4 cup milk.
Cover pan, and bake chops at 350Ã‚Â°F.until tenderÃ¢â‚¬â€about 1 hour.
