Score fat and rind of roast. Place in deep pan, fat side up. Pour on barbeque sauce. (For half ham or leg, about 6 pounds, use 1 3/4 cups barbecue sauce.) Bake about 4 hours, basting occasionally, or to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Uncover and bake, basting occasionally, until well glazedÃ¢â‚¬â€about 45 minutes, or to internal temperature of 175 degrees F. Skim fat from drippings. Serve pork hot or cold with hot drippings.
