Oven Barbecued Pork Roast

Ingredients
  Fresh ham/Leg roast 12 Pound
  Barbeque sauce 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs)
Directions

Score fat and rind of roast. Place in deep pan, fat side up. Pour on barbeque sauce. (For half ham or leg, about 6 pounds, use 1 3/4 cups barbecue sauce.) Bake about 4 hours, basting occasionally, or to internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Uncover and bake, basting occasionally, until well glazed—about 45 minutes, or to internal temperature of 175 degrees F. Skim fat from drippings. Serve pork hot or cold with hot drippings.
