Baked Pork Tenderloin
|Whole pork tenderloins||2 (1/2-3/4 pound each)|
|Bread (or apple) stuffing||(as required)|
Split tenderloins lengthwise.
Cover 2 pieces with stuffing.
Top each with remaining pieces; fasten together with skewers or string.
Place bacon over top.
Roast on rack in shallow pan in center of moderate oven, 325Ã‚Â°F., 1 1/4Ã¢â‚¬â€1 1/2 hours.
