Baked Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Whole pork tenderloins 2 (1/2-3/4 pound each)
  Bread (or apple) stuffing   (as required)
  Bacon strips 6
Directions

Split tenderloins lengthwise.
Cover 2 pieces with stuffing.
Top each with remaining pieces; fasten together with skewers or string.
Place bacon over top.
Roast on rack in shallow pan in center of moderate oven, 325°F., 1 1/4—1 1/2 hours.
