Combine all ingredients except chops and prunes; marinate chops in mixture for 1 hour.
Place in bak- ing dish; pour marinade around chops.
Bake, cov- ered, at 350 degress for 45 minutes.
Remove cover; place cooked prune on top of each chop.
Bake, un- covered, until chops are tender and glazed.
Serve with sauce.
