Pulled Pork Hoagies

Ingredients
  Pork roast 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs), shredded
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Beef base 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Ketchup 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a preheated crock pot with a bag, add the pork, shredded cabbage, chicken broth and rest of the ingredients.
2) Stir the ingredients in the crock pot to mix and combine well.
3) Cover the crock pot lid and allow to cook on high for about 6 to 8 hours until the pork is tender and thoroughly cooked.

SERVING
4) Serve the pulled pork on hoagies, over rice or alone.
