Pork Chop Dinner

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Sweet potatoes 3 Large
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slice 6
  Prunes 12 Large
  Whole cloves 12
  Pineapple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Season pork chops with salt and pepper; brown in small amount of fat in skillet.
Peel sweet potatoes; cut in half.
Rub with lemon juice.
Place over chops; add pineapple slices.
Remove pits from prunes; insert cloves.
Add prunes and pineapple juice.
Cover; cook over high heat until steaming.
Reduce heat to low.
Simmer for 45 minutes.
Serve hot.
