Stuffed Pork Chops With Poultry Seasoning

Ingredients
  Pork chops 6 , 1 1/2 in thick
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Cooking sauce 1 Can (10 oz), for pork chops
Directions

Cut pocket in pork chops.
Mix rice, green pepper, onion, salt and poultry seasoning in 2-quart bowl.
Stuff pork chops.
Brown chops in hot shortening in 10-inch skillet; place in shallow 2-quart baking dish.
Add cooking sauce; cover.
Bake in 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until chops are tender.
