Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon slice 1
  Onion 1 Medium
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Catsup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Liquid smoke 1 Teaspoon
  Pork chops 6
Directions

Mix 1/2 cup water, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, pep- per and cayenne pepper together in saucepan.
Add lemon and onion; simmer for 20 minutes.
Add Wor- cestershire sauce, catsup and liquid smoke; bring to a boil.
Place chops in 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish; pour sauce over chops.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 25 minutes, turning chops once.
