Tasty Barbecued Pork
|Pork roast||4 Pound|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Tablespoon|
Salt and pepper roast; brown in small amount of fat in large skillet.
Bake at 400 degrees until tender.
Place 2 cups water in skillet; add onion, tomato juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Combine flour and 1/4 cup water, blending well.
Add flour mixture to tomato mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Place sliced pork in gravy; simmer until heated through.
