Pork Milani Casserole

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 1 Pound
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green pepper 1 Medium
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Can (10 oz)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce
  Tomato 1 , sliced (Peeled)
  Croutons 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.
Brown pork in oil in skillet on all sides.
Add onion, celery and green pep- per.
Saute until tender; mix in mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and basil.
Simmer, covered, for 25 minutes.
Blend in soup and milk; simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook spaghetti in 3 quarts boiling salted water for 8 minutes; drain.
Combine pork mixture with spaghetti in casserole.
Overlap tomatoes around edge of casserole.
Toss croutons in melted butter; sprinkle over spaghetti mixture and tomatoes.
Sprin- kle grated cheese over top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese melts.
