Salt-sauce Sauteed Pork
1. Cut thinly sliced pork into bite-size and season with the ingredients
2. Slice the onion.
3. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, and fry sliced onion until slightly softened. Add seasoned pork in the pan and sauté until pork is no longer pink.
4. Finish with cracked black pepper and dash of sesame oil.
5. Serve over shredded cabbage.
