Pork Chops Stuffed With Mushrooms

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Medium
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Mushrooms 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Toasted bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Thick loin chops with pocket 4
Directions

Saute onion in butter until transparent; add mush- rooms, several leaws of thyme, parsley and crumbs.
Mix well; remove from heat.
Season to taste; stir in egg.
Stuff chops; brown in small amount of fat in skillet.
Place in gruased casserole.
Bake at 350 de- grees for 1 hour.
