Loin Barbecue

Ingredients
  Pork loin roast 4 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Catsup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Prepared mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

Brown roast in small amount of fat in Dutch oven; sprinkle with salt.
Add a small amount of water; cook, covered, over low heat, until tender.
Remove roast from liquid.
Combine flour and all remaining ingredients.
Stir into hot liquid; blend well.
Dice roast; combine with sauce.
Simmer in sauce for 10 minutes.
Serve on hamburger buns.
