Pork Barbecue

Ingredients
  Onion 7 Medium
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Packed brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Pork roast 4 Pound
Directions

Brown onion in butter in saucepan.
Add all remaining ingredients except pork roast; simmer for 30 minutes.
Place roast in small amount of water in Dutch oven; simmer, covered, for 2 hours or until tender.
Shred roast; mix with sauce.
Serve on hamburger buns.
