Pork Chop Garbanzo Casserole

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Pork chops 6
  Cooked garbanzos 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cabbage 1 Medium, shredded
  Vinegar To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan add oil. Cook onions till brown.
2. In a skillet cook pork chops in oil and brown them till cooked.
3. Combine garbanzos, cabbage and onion.
4. Cover the skillet. Cook pork and vegetables for 15 minutes in medium heat till cabbage is well cooked.
5. Combine vinegar, pepper and salt.

SERVING
6. Serve Pork Chop Garbanzo Casserole with apple cider in a serving platter.
