Blue Cheese-Stuffed Pork Chops
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry bread crumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Thin pork chops||6 (With Pockets)|
"Melt butter in skillet; cook onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in blue cheese, bread crumbs and :>alt.
Stuff pockets in chops with dressing; secure with toothpicks.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until tender.
