Parmesan Pork Tenderloin
|Pork tenderloin||1 Pound|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|Grated parmesan cheese/Romano cheese||4 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(176 degrees C).
Drizzle olive oil over pork tenderloin.
Sprinkle black pepper over the meat.
Coat the meat with cheese.
Roll it into parsley.
Place the meat in the oven and bake for half an hour. Do not over-cook.
Keep the pork for a few minutes.
Slice the meat and serve with lemon wedges.
