Pork Loin With Currant Wine Sauce

Ingredients
  Lean pork loin 9 Pound (boneless)
  Seasoned salt To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
  Red currant jelly 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned orange juice 6 Ounce, undiluted (1 can)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1)Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
2)Add the salt and garlic powder on the loin.

MAKING
3)Take a tray,add the loin and bake until the meat reaches 160 degrees.
4)Now make the sauce.
5)Take a bowl, bring all the sauce ingredients together and heat gently until the jelly melts. Heat it thoroughly.
6)Ensure it does not boil.
7)Now take a blender,and mix until it is smooth.
8)Once roast is ready,Pour the sauce over it.

SERVING
9)Serve pork warm with sauce.
