Devilled Rashers Of Pork

Ingredients
  Pork belly rasher 4 (thick)
  Pickled walnuts 1
  Cooking apple 1 Small, chopped
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch (large pinch)
  Tomatoes 2 Large, halved
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat the grill.

MAKING
2) Place the rashers belly of pork on the grill. Grill for about 15 minutes till they turn crispy brown.
3) Chop up the pickled walnuts very fine.
4) In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, salt and cayenne pepper.
5) Spread the walnut mixture over the rashers. Let grill on moderate heat fro about 10 minutes.
6) Grill the tomato halves.

SERVING
7) Serve the Devilled Rashers Of Pork hot from the grill along with the grilled tomato halves on the side.
