Roast Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Crushed rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Dried whole thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic clove 1 Large, minced
  Pork tenderloins 2 Pound
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

GETTING READY:
1. Preheat oven to 375°

MAKING
2. In a bowl mix garlic and herbs. Keep it aside.
3. Brush the tenderloins generously with butter.
4. Roll the tenderloins in herb mixture to coat them well.
5. Place a meat thermometer in the thickest section of the tenderloin, but it shouldn't reach the fat.
6. Drizzle additional butter on the meat.
7. Bake the meat for 1 hour at 375°F till the meat cooks.

SERVING
8. Serve roast pork tenderloin with hot sauce.
