Tasty Sliced Pork Loin With Red Cabbage!!!

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 5 Pound, sliced thin
  Ground cloves 1 Tablespoon
  Ground allspice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Tablespoon
  Jamaican hot curry 1 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
For the veggies:
  Red cabbage head 1 , sliced thin
  Carrots 3 Large, sliced
  Fresh scallions 3 Bunch (300 gm), sliced
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), sliced
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Jamaican hot curry powder To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

For the Pork Loin:
Combine all of the ingredients for the rub and place in bowl with the sliced pork. Mix well onto the meat. Cover and place in refrigerator for at least one hour or longer.

Heat a griddle and place the slices of pork on the hot griddle to grill.

For the Veggies:
Combine all of the sliced veggies in a large bowl, except the garlic and red onion. Add a tablespoon of salt and toss.

Heat a large frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil. Add the garlic and sliced red onion. Add a teaspoon of Jamaican Hot Curry Powder and paprika along with a tablespoon of sesame oil. Sauté until the onion is clear. Add the rest of the veggies and toss. Cook the veggies down until the desired crispness. Re-season to taste.
