Smoked Pork With Potato Kraut
|Smoked pork shoulder roll||2 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Red potatoes||4 Large, pared and halved|
|Onions||3 Small, quartered|
|Sauerkraut||27 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Black pepper||1 Dash|
1) Put the pork shoulder in a Dutch oven and add water. Cover it and cook for 90 minutes.
2) Then add potatoes and onion. Cover again and cook for 30 minutes until meat and vegetables are tender.
3) Now add sauerkraut and pepper mix and heat thoroughly.
4) Carve pork shoulder and serve with vegetables.
