Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound (Pork Belly)
  Five spice powder 15 Milliliter
  Hoisin sauce 15 Milliliter
Directions

Place pork tenderloin in a glass dish.
Score lean cuts of pork.
Sprinkle with five spice powder.
Add hoisin sauce to it.
Cover, chill and marinade the dish for 24 hours.
Grill for 5 minutes to each side.
Cover the BBQ.
Cook for 40 minutes at 176 degrees C (350 degrees F).
Uncover BBQ.
Apply some more hoisin sauce.
Grill for 10 minutes (turn once).
Remove.
Cool for 5 minutes at room temperature.
