BBQ Sesame Pork Tenderloin

If you are a pork lover, you should never ever miss out the delicious BBQ sesame pork recipe.
Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 2 Kilogram
  Coriander 5 Milligram
  Cumin 5 Milligram
  Turmeric 5 Milligram
  Black pepper 5 Milligram
  Dried chili pepper 30 Milligram
  Sesame seeds 60 Milligram
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter
  Onion 60 Milligram
  Ginger 60 Milligram
  Garlic 60 Milligram
  Rice vinegar 120 Milliliter
  Soy sauce 60 Milliliter
  Water 500 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 60 Milligram
Directions

Grind coriander, cumin, turmeric, black pepper, chili pepper and sesame seeds.
Keep some sesame seeds whole.
Medium heat the skillet.
Add olive oil to the skillet.
Add onion, ginger, and garlic.
Cook for 5 minutes.
Add rice vinegar, soy sauce and water.
Add seasoning mix and brown sugar to the pan.
Stir, bring them to boil.
Set aside the skillet.
Put the mixture in a glass dish and cool at room temperature.
Add pork tenderloin to the dish.
Cover and marinade for 24 hours.
Skewer pork.
Start fire.
BBQ pork until pink color disappears.
Serve.
