Pork Sate

Ingredients
  Onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Peanut butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground coriander 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Boneless pork 1 Pound, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Set the broiler to 475 F

MAKING
2) Into a large bowl combine the garlic, peanut butter, water, ground coriander, cayenne, cumin, lemon juice, brown sugar, soy sauce
3) Add the pork to the marinade to coat well
4) Line the broiler pan, with aluminum foil
5) Place the pork onto the foil and broil for 5 minutes on each side
6) Baste the pork with marinade once a while

SERVING
7) Serve the sate warm
