Pork Loin Rib Chops

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 can)
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried sage 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pork loin rib chops 8
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine all the ingredienst, apart form chops. Mix well.
2. Add chops , mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat a grill and when hot, place marinated chops. Grill for 4 to 6 minutes on both sides or till well cooked. Keep basting using left over marinade, occasionally.

SERVING
4. Serve on a presentation platter and serve hot with remaining marinade (if any).
