Bread Crumb Pork Chops

  Pork loin 600 Gram
Bread crumb mixture
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Teaspoon
  Sage 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.

MAKING
2. In a bowl,place all the ingredients of the bread crumb mixture and mix.
3. Coat pork chops with crumb mixture. Arrange on a baking rack.
4. Bake at 375 F for 45 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve hot with apple sauce.

Wonderful. Quick and easy. Perfect if you have little time or have friends over (and don't want to lock yourself up in the kitchen all night.) I didn't have sage and replaced it with fresh coriander. I served it with mashed potatoes and salad. Went down well! Thanks!
