Saucy Pot Ribs

The pork ribs dipped in yummy sauce, tastes delicious. The ribs absorb all the flavor and the sauce thickens to give a wonderful taste.
Ingredients
  Pork rib 2 Pound, cut into pieces
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 3 Tablespoon
  Mustard To Taste
  Worcestershire sauce To Taste
  Molasses 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Cayanne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin 1 Teaspoon
  Chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs), hot (as needed)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot, place pork ribs, drizzle oil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Uncover, saute for about 10 minutes, until the pork ribs turn brown.
3. Add ketchup, mustard, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, onion, cumin, black pepper, cayenne, chives, hot water, and brown sugar.Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until the sauce thickens, stir occasionally.

SERVING
4. In a plate, place few pieces, top with some additional sauce and serve.
