Chitterlings - 10 pounds
Red pepper, - 1 cut up
Garlic - 1 clove , minced
2.Crimp the fat from chitterlings.
3.Only leave some for seasoning.
4.Take a large saucepan, put chitterlings in it with water, red pepper, garlic, 1 tablespoon slat, 1 tablespoon pepper and cook for 2-3 hours until soft.
