Pork with Shrimp
|Boneless pork loin||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Salad oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Medium shrimp||1 Pound, cleaned and halved lengthwise|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped chutney||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped green pepper||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Ground coriander||2 Dash|
1. Take a skillet; add oil and brown chops in it.
2. Stir in condensed tomato soup, shrimp, water, chutney, green pepper, lemon juice and ground coriander.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until shrimp and pork are cooked.
4. Serve this dish with hot fluffy rice.
