Pork with Shrimp

Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin 1 Pound, cut into thin strips
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can)
  Medium shrimp 1 Pound, cleaned and halved lengthwise
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped chutney 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Ground coriander 2 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a skillet; add oil and brown chops in it.
2. Stir in condensed tomato soup, shrimp, water, chutney, green pepper, lemon juice and ground coriander.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes until shrimp and pork are cooked.

SERVING
4. Serve this dish with hot fluffy rice.
