Pineapple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloin 1 Pound, frenched
  Pineapple slice 20 Ounce
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1 Preheat the oven to 350° Fahrenheit.

MAKING
2 In an oven proof dish, arrange tenderloin pieces.
3 In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.
4 Blend in vinegar and half the pineapple juice.
5 Pour the prepared mixture over the meat.
6 Cover and bake for 90 minutes in the oven.
7 If the dish is too dry, add in more juice to moisten.

SERVING
8 Slice and Serve hot.
