Paprika Pork

Ingredients
  Pork neck 2 1⁄2 Pound, cubed (1.1 Kilogram)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika powder 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , sliced into rings
  Quartered tomatoes 9 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Red pepper 1 , diced
  Yellow pepper 1 , diced
  Sour cream 8 Ounce (Use 1 Small Carton)
  Tomato puree 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Thoroughly season the pork cubes with the salt, paprika, pepper.
2) In an open dish, cook the pork in the microwave for 12 minutes.
3) Arrange the vegetables over the pork, cover and microwave for 15 minutes.
4) Stir in the sour cream and tomato puree, mix thoroughly.

SERVING
5) Serve the Paprika Pork, immediately on individual serving plates.
