Pork With Cabbage Shreds

Ingredients
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, julienned
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Tablespoon
  Soy sauce 4 Tablespoon
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Cabbage 1 1⁄2 Pound, finely shredded
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a bowl, marinate the pork with sugar, salt, sherry and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.
2) Let it stand for 10 minutes.

MAKING
3) In a skillet, heat 2 tablespoon of oil and sauté the cabbage for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
4) Remove the cabbage from the pan.
5) In the same skillet, heat the remaining oil and sauté the pork and garlic for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
6) Add the cabbage, pepper and remaining soy sauce.
7) Simmer for 8 minutes and remove.

SERVING
8) Serve hot with cooked noodles.
