Ingredients
  Pork 1⁄2 Pound
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green beans/1 package, frozen green beans, thawed 1 Pound
  Boiling water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Cut the pork in 1 inch long by ½ wide pieces.
2) In a bowl, mix together the pork, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper.
3) Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
4) If fresh beans are used cut into half, for frozen just drain.

MAKING
5) In a saucepan, heat oil and cook the pork in it for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
6) Add the beans and cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
7) Add in water, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.

SERVING
8) Serve hot with steamed or fried rice.
