Hot And Spicy Pork Mince With Tofu

Ingredients
  Pork mince/Beef / lamb mince 10 1⁄2 Ounce (300 Gram)
  Light soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Sesame oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Rice wine/Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper To Taste
  Spring onion stalks 3
  Light olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Chili bean sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Silken tofu 5 Ounce
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine and a little pepper to the mince and allow to marinate.
2) Chop the spring onions fine.

MAKING
3) Take a hot saute pan and heat oil in it..
4) Now fry the mince till it is tender enough.
5) Next add the chilli bean sauce.
6) Add tofu and just fold in but do not break it up.
7) Ensure that all the ingredients are cooked through.

SERVING
8) Scatter on top with spring onions and serve.
