Braised Pork

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Pork 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
  Minced onion 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Dried ground chili peppers 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Julienned scallions 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, heat oil and saute the pork, onions, garlic and chilli pepper for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
2) Add in soy sauce, sugar and lemon juice.
3) Simmer for 10 minutes more.

SERVING
4) Serve hot, garnished with scallions.
