Steamed Roast Pork Buns

Ingredients
  Roast pork 1 Pound, cut into cubes and seasoned with oyster sauce
  Oyster sauce 1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning The Roast Pork)
  Self rising flour 5 Cup (80 tbs)
  Fine sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lard 3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)
  Cold water 1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)
Directions

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vinegar, lard and water to form soft dough.
Knead 10 minutes.
Cut into strips.
Roll like sausages 1 1/2 inches wide in diameter.
Break off small pieces of dough the size of a walnut.
Flatten each piece.
Fill with seasoned meat.
Form into dumplings.
Place each on a small square of waxed paper.
Put 1 inch apart in steamer.
Steam over rapidly boiling water 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
