Steamed Roast Pork Buns
|Roast pork||1 Pound, cut into cubes and seasoned with oyster sauce|
|Oyster sauce||1 Teaspoon (For Seasoning The Roast Pork)|
|Self rising flour||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Fine sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||4 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Lard||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, vinegar, lard and water to form soft dough.
Knead 10 minutes.
Cut into strips.
Roll like sausages 1 1/2 inches wide in diameter.
Break off small pieces of dough the size of a walnut.
Flatten each piece.
Fill with seasoned meat.
Form into dumplings.
Place each on a small square of waxed paper.
Put 1 inch apart in steamer.
Steam over rapidly boiling water 20 minutes.
