Pork Chops Country Style
|Powdered sage||1 Teaspoon|
|Fresh breadcrumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
|Apple sauce||1 Tablespoon|
1. To prepare the chops trim them to remove as much fat as possible.
2. In a bowl beat the egg, add sage and a pinch of salt and pepper.
3. With egg and breadcrumbs coat each chop.
4. In a pan heat butter and fry turning frequently, until golden brown and tender.
5. Serve with apple sauce and creamed potato.
