Ingredients
  Pork 2 Kilogram
  Red chilies 20
  Cumin seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Turmeric powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cloves 7
  Peppercorns 10
  Cinnamon stick 1 Inch
  Vinegar 24 Ounce (3/4Th Of A Bottle)
  Garlic flakes 6
  Ginger 2 Inch
  Green chilies 5
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind all the spices to a fine paste in a little vinegar.
Cut pork into small pieces.
Do not wash in water.
Wash in a little vinegar and place in a vessel.
Cover tightly and let it cook in it's own juice till dry.
Add 6 tblsps of oil and fry to a golden colour.
Add the ground paste and cook till the oil floats to the top.
Add vinegar and cook stirring often till the pork is tender.
Cool thoroughly and store in airtight bottle.
