Cider Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Sweet apple cider/Apple juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 4 Teaspoon
  Reduced sodium soy sauce 4 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pork loin chops 32 Ounce (4 Chops Of 8 Ounce Each, 1 Inch Thick)
Directions

1. ln a large shallow glass baking dish, mix the cider, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and pepper. Arrange the chops in a single layer and turn to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight, turning the chops several times.
2. Preheat the oven to 400°F. Drain off all but 1/4 cup of the marinade and reserve. Bake the chops, uncovered, turning once and basting frequently with the reserved marinade, for 25 minutes or until the way you like them. Serve with Tater Boats.
