Barbecue Ribbetts

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Steak sauce 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chili sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Firmly packed light brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Thin lemon slices 2 (Fresh)
  Liquid hot pepper seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pork baby back ribs 2 1⁄2 Pound, split
Directions

In medium saucepan, over low heat, cook garlic in oil until tender.
Stir in ketchup, steak sauce, chili sauce, brown sugar, lemon slices and hot pepper seasoning; simmer 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
Arrange ribs on rack in large roasting pan.
Bake at 400°F for 30 minutes.
Brush ribs generously with prepared sauce.
Grill over medium heat for 20 to 25 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with remaining sauce.
Slice into individual ribs to serve.
