Barbecued Pork Chops

Ingredients
  Pork chops 4
For marinade
  Onion 1 Large
  Vinegar/Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Powdered mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place pork chops in bowl.
Peel and grate the onion and place in a pitcher.
Add rest of marinade ingredients and mix well, then pour over chops.
Leave to marinate for 1 hour in a cool place, turning chops at least twice.
Preheat a charcoal grill or the broiler.
Cook the chops on the grill (or under a broiler), occasionally brushing them with the reserved marinade.
Serve with mixed salad, dressed with vinaigrette flavored with fresh dill or other herb of choice.
