Roast Pork With Herb Gravy

Ingredients
  Loin pork 3 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dried sage 1 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Liquid gravy seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Using damp towels, wipe the pork
2) In a shallow roasting pan, place the pork, fat side up
3) Insert a meat thermometer into the center of the meat
4) Roast the pork for about 2 ½ to 3 hours
5) Take off the pork from the pan and place onto a heated platter to keep warm
6) Drain off the excess fat and then tip in the onion and stir over direct heat till the onion is transparent
7) Add in the floor to form a smooth mixture
8) Bring to boil 1 ½ cups of water and stir in the rest of the ingredients
9) Reduce the heat and then simmer for about 2 minutes
10) Serve the gravy with the pork

SERVING
11) Serve warm
