Sweet And Sour Pork With Beef Oxo

Ingredients
  Pork 3 Pound, cubed
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  White vinegar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Soya sauce 6 Tablespoon
  Beef cubes 6 (Oxo Brand)
  Beef oxo cubes 6
  Boiling water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Canned pineapple chunks in juice 2 Can (20 oz)
  Pineapple chunks in juice 2 Can (20 oz)
  Green peppers 4 , chopped
  Onions 5 , chopped
  Celery head 1 , sliced on slant
Directions

Simmer pork in 1/2 cup vinegar and 4 cups water until tender.
Combine Oxo cubes with pineapple juice, water and water from cooking pork to make 11 cups.
Add soya sauce, 1 1/2 cups vinegar, salt, and cornstarch combined with brown sugar.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add cubed pork and vegetables.
Cook in covered container in 325°F oven until vegetables are tender.
Add pineapple chunks and heat through.
Serve over rice.
