|Cornflakes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , lightly beaten|
Crush cornflakes to 1/2 cup.
Combine with cheese, salt and pepper.
Dip pork chops in beaten egg and coat evenly with cornflake mixture.
Place in single layer in a well greased or foil lined shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350Â°F for about 1 hour or until pork is completely cooked.
Do not cover or turn pork while baking.
