Pork Chop Supper

Ingredients
  Pork chops 2 , center-cut, 1/4-inch thick
  Beef bouillon 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
  Potatoes 4 Medium, sliced to 1/2 inch thick pieces
  Carrots 6 , chopped
Directions

MAKING
1) In a Dutch oven, brown the pork chops.
2) Remove excess grease.
3) Gradually add the remaining ingredients.
4) Cover and simmer the dish for 45 minutes to an hour. With 5 or 10 minutes left for cooking, remove the cover.

SERVING
5) Serve along with a green or fruit salad for a quick supper.
