Pineapple Marinated Pork

Ingredients
  Pork tenderloins 32 Ounce (4 Tenderloins, 8 Ounce Each)
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh pineapple slices/4 canned pineapple slices 4 (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Silvered almonds 2 Ounce
  Fresh cilantro 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Nonfat cooking spray 1
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Discard visible fat from the pork.
2.Take a flat glass pan and place pork in it.
3.In small bowl, mix together, pineapple juice, ginger, salt, cinnamon.
4.Pour this over the pork an dlet mariante covered in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours.
5.Coat the grill with the non fat cooking spray and preheat grill for 5 minutes.

MAKING
6.Grill the prom for 3 minutes.
7.Place the tenderloins with pineapple piece and grill for another 2 to 3 minutes.

SERVING
8.Garnish with cilantro and silvered almonds.
9. Serve warm.
