Tangy Pork Marinade

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Low sodium soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.In a small bowl, mix together all the ingredients.

SERVING
2.Use as desired for marianting pork.
3. Store excess marinade in airtight containers in the refrigerator for upto 1 week.
