Dijon Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pork tenderloins 24 Ounce (Four 6 Ounce Pieces)
  Non fat cooking spray 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1.Get rid of visible fat from pork.
2.Coat grill with cooking spray.
3.Preheat grill for 5 minutes.
4.Take a small bowl and in it, mix together mustard, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and oil.
5. Put the pork in the grill and smear with prepared mustard sauce.
6. Grill pork for 4 to 6 minutes.

SERVING
7. Serve warm.
