Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients
  Pork chops 8
  White potatoes/Sweet potatoes 2 Medium, peeled, sliced
  Sweet potatoes 2 Medium, peeled
  Onion 1 Large, peeled, sliced
  Green pepper 1 Large, seeded, sliced
  Oregano leaf 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound (1 Can)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1) Trim off the excess fat on the pork chops and sprinkle with the salt and pepper to taste.
2) In a skillet, sear the chops until evenly brown, then drain on paper towel.
3) In a slow cooker, place the pork chops and add the potatoes, onion, green pepper, oregano, thyme and tomatoes.
4) Cover and cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.

SERVING
5) Serve immediately on individual serving plates.
